PEPR
Process Engineering Planning & Resources
PEPR is a multi-tenant SaaS for manufacturing capacity planning. It models a production line top-down — assembly, sub-assemblies, parts — with yield-driven material propagation and paced takt-line capacity math. Output is a throughput number, a bottleneck, and a gap-to-target — fast enough to support real what-if analysis on the shop floor.
What it's for
- Capacity planning — does our line hit target at this calendar, with this headcount, this equipment, these yields?
- Bottleneck detection — which station or pool is the constraint, and what changes (more operators, more shifts, better yield) move the needle?
- Material planning — gross explosion of the BOM with yield-aware start quantities; honest about scrap, not netting against inventory.
- Scenario comparison — change a yield, re-compute; change a shift, re-compute. Fast.
Who it's for
Production managers and process engineers running electromechanical assembly lines — building the kinds of products that go through assembly, soldering, calibration, burn-in, final test. PEPR is built for production lines, from assembly to final test.
How we run it
- EU-hosted — database on Supabase EU (Frankfurt); compute on Vercel pinned to
fra1. Your data stays in the EU. - Per-organization isolation— Postgres row-level security at the database layer, not just the UI. Managers in the same organization don’t see each other’s data. Project membership is per-project, viewer vs admin.
- Owner-curated onboarding— new organizations are added by invite, not public signup. We don’t hold credentials for accounts that haven’t been activated.
- No tracking — no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no advertising pixels. Server logs only, for operations and security.
Who's behind PEPR
PEPR is operated by an independent founder with a background in electromechanical manufacturing and process engineering. The product is in active development; we’re onboarding pilot organizations one at a time so we can stay close to real production-floor feedback.
